Protective and Curative Fungicide

Captan belongs to the phthalimide class and is a non-systemic fungicide, used to control diseases of many fruit, ornamental and vegetable crops. It is used in agricultural products as well as by the home gardener. It is active against a broad spectrum fungus disease such as damping-off, powdery mildew, botrytis blossom blight, anthracnose, rust, brown rots, early blight and late blight on different plants. In compare with other fungicides, Captan has a low risk of disease resistance.
