Metribuzin is a selective, 1,2,4-triazinone herbicide registered for use on asparagus, carrots, corn, sugarcane, potatoes, sorghum, soybeans, barley, tomato, garbanzo, peas and uncultivated areas. It is used for control of annual grasses and numerous broadleaf weeds in field and vegetable crops, in turf grass and on fallow lands.
